My Story
Hi, I'm Morgan! I am an Army-wife, a mom of 3 girls (and our Chihuahua), and I love all things cozy and creative.
I first discovered Scentsy when we lived in Alaska. My Step-Mom gifted us the Army warmer and a bar of Black Raspberry Vanilla (YUM!) I had a little idea about what Scentsy was, because one of our friends used the wax and warmers... but I didn't know a LOT about it.
When we lived in Georgia, another friend of mine joined Scentsy and I chose to really dive in. We were stuck home because of COVID lockdown, and y'all. Five people in a little house, plus a dog, with stinky military gear... and my older girls were doing MMA at the time.... EWWWW! We needed the HELP!
I loved that Scentsy had so many different scents to choose from (that were amazing enough to cover the funk), and then.... I saw the other product lines! The cleaning products, the laundry, the BUDDIES! Oh man, I got HOOKED!
That's when I realized- my obsession could become my paycheck! I could get paid on my OWN Scentsy orders, and I could even share the products and earn some side money to help offset the cost of, well, my girls! LOL! From MMA for my older 2, to donut dates with my then 3 year old- I could help bring in some "fun money" for THEM!
Also, it gave me a way to connect with MORE military spouses in my area- which proved to be so, so helpful when we moved here to San Antonio!
Some of the greatest things that have happened since I joined Scentsy 5 years ago are that my confidence level has grown so much (I used to be such an anxious person who would get nauseous when I had to try something new), my network of friends has grown so much, I've been able to help fund fun things for our family- like random Starbucks dates with my girls (or their "Fun Snack Fridays"), we've been able to take mini vacations when I travel for Scentsy events, I've been able to connect to other Scentsy Consultants and have learned so much from them (and hopefully I've been able to share that same spirit back!), and so much more! I know I'm still at the beginning of this journey, but it is truly one that I will forever be grateful for!
